My brother recently removed some scratches from my new truck with some Turtle Wax rubbing compound( so kind of him), and it has left the black paint on my new truck hazy and dull where it was used. Is there anyway to fix this with a some sort of polish and wax technique, and if so, what products would be recommended. Thanks, RRC

WOW! Sounds like he removed some paint also. Try 3M39009 Swirl remover glaze. What this product does is fill in where the haze and dullness left by compounding and you'll most likely have to buff the spot. Good luck.

I don't think you'll have to repaint your car. Try something cheaper like the 3 phase Mother product. First try the Phase 1 Prewax cleaner, this product should unhaze the surface, then phase 2 glaze, this will seal the paint, and finally, phase 3, this will protect the surface. Let me know if this works for you. Loggie31
